When paying your rent using the E-Check/ACH feature there is no cost. This service is free of charge
Paying by Credit Card:
- When paying by credit card there is a cost associated based on the amount you need to charge please see information below
- For charges between $0-$900 the cost will be $17.00
- For charges between $900.01 – $1250.00 the cost will be $27.00
- For charges between $1250.01 – 3000.00 the cost will be $37.00
