The Maintenance Office is open M-F 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The Maintenance Office Phone number is:  503-244-1359 ext 2. For routine maintenance requests submitted in writing under ORS 90.322 1 (C) that do not give permission to enter the premises: Maintenance will make every effort to contact you before making entry into premises under your direct control.  If after 4 days we do not receive contact back, entry will be made using our key. Routine requests will be addressed during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.   Routine maintenance requests can be made in writing by logging into your tenant portal here


FOR LOCKOUTS OR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE SUCH AS:

  • No electricity
  • No heat
  • Leaks or no water
  • Refrigerator not cooling

Please contact the maintenance office phone for the on call phone number.  We provide emergency assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Time for lockouts and lost keys will be charged to the tenant’s ledger.
